£40 non-refundable deposit is required when booking before or after school places. Additional siblings will be charged a £10 non-refundable deposit. We require 4 weeks written notice of any cancellations, whether this is for a term time place or a holiday place.
All fees are payable by standing order, child care vouchers, card payment, BAC’s transfer or cash. We do not accept cheques. Fees are due the first week of every month and are payable in advance. Special arrangements can be made for parents wishing to pay weekly. Fees are payable whether or not your child attends the club if they have been booked in for a session. We do not charge for Bank Holidays.
Fees are charged for teacher training days as these vary from school to school and consequently we still need to have staff in to look after the children who are not off on a teacher training day.
We review the fees every April.
